Abel Smith Street Apartment

Silvester Clark have teamed up with DLA Architects and Ebert Construction in the design of an eight-storey apartment building in Abel Smith Street.

The building has concrete shear walls and a steel gravity frame supporting a rib and infill flooring system. Where possible, precast concrete shear walls have been used.
