The new boutique Cambridge Apartments located in Waterloo, Lower Hutt are well underway. The three-storey development consists of fifteen 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments in a bustling, vibrant neighbourhood.
The structural systems include traditional timber sheet braced walls that have Rothoblaas hold downs as well as steel portal frames along the front elevation, timber framed external walkways and steel framed external stairs.
The similar layout of the units through each of the floors has allowed for a speedy construction with most of the structural works already completed.
The development is well on track for its completion date March/April 2022
