On the fringe of Wellington CBD, the Monark Apartments are well underway with the main structure over halfway there. Monark is a brand new development with 93 1 and 2 bedroom apartments overlooking the historical Basin Reserve cricket ground.
Precast panels are being stood, floors poured, and steel being bolted into place.
Silvester Clark have been working closely with Aoraki Construction and its great to see the construction team progressing to the roof on the sixth storey.
