Summerset at Monterey Park is located next to the harbour on the northern side of the Upper Harbour Motorway in the suburb of Hobsonville.
The main building is being constructed in three stages, with Stage 1 nearing completion and Stage 2 currently under construction. The three buildings feature three levels of apartments above ground and an underground carpark. The rest of the village comprises over 120 units in single-storey villas and townhouses.
The main buildings will also host a variety of amenities, including an indoor swimming pool and spa, theatre, café and bar, hobbies room, and hair salon. Additionally, the village will feature an outdoor bowling green.
