This five-storey building plus basement is longer than a rugby field and contains 52 premium apartments. All apartments are spacious with 24 square metre balconies offering views over the water.

Eccentrically braced steel frames with a mix of hollowcore and speedfloor floors form the structure. Precast cladding panels and a high percentage of glazed and lightweight cladding complete the envelope.

A high water table and granular sub-soils created a number of challenges for the basement carparking level. A watertight slab has been used to minimise the risk of water influx into the building during spring tides. Screw piles have also been used due to the lack of cohesive soils.
