Tasman Apartments are well underway in Mt Cook Wellington, located on the corner of Tasman and Rugby Street, this building houses 19 apartments with a combination of 1, 2 and 2 bedroom dual key apartments.
The building is timber-framed, utilizing Simpson Strong-Rod ATS system for shear wall hold-downs, cassette flooring and CFA piles. The roof is now on and all framing is complete, windows are in and the electrical fit-out has started.
